Question 1

How does it actually float?

Accepted Answer

The base contains an electromagnet and a sensor that adjusts the field hundreds of times a second. The lamp sits inside that field and self-corrects, which is why it stays level and keeps spinning instead of drifting off.

Question 2

Is it hard to set it up?

Accepted Answer

No. Plug the base in, rest the lamp near the centre, and let go once you feel it push back. Most people get it floating on the first or second try, and it takes under a minute after that.

Question 3

How do the light modes work?

Accepted Answer

Touch the button on the front edge of the base. Each tap cycles the light: warm amber, cool white, and off. The lamp keeps levitating whether the light is on or not.

Question 4

Is it loud?

Accepted Answer

There is a faint electrical hum from the base if you put your ear next to it. At desk distance you will not hear it over a keyboard.

Question 5

Does it come with a wall plug?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every lamp ships with a matching wall plug adapter for the plug type you select at checkout — AU, US or UK. Choose the one that fits your sockets.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free on every order. Delivery takes 7–14 business days, with tracking sent by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Question 7

What if it arrives damaged or does not work?

Accepted Answer

Email us within 30 days and we replace it or refund you. Faulty lamps are covered by a 12-month warranty.
