Shipping & Delivery

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery windows

Delivery takes 7–12 business days after dispatch for Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and the EU. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote and rural addresses can take a few days longer.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If the tracking has not updated for seven business days, email us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Plug type

Choose US, EU or UK at checkout. The matching adapter ships in the box. If you order the wrong plug type, email us before dispatch and we will change it at no cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@wastedlamp.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes applied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all shipments accurately.
