Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot ship to the address given.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the moment your order is confirmed. Any import duties or taxes charged by your local authority are payable by the recipient.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivery takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations and returns

Email support@wastedlamp.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel; if the order has not been dispatched we will cancel and refund it in full. After delivery, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies, alongside your statutory rights.

Warranty and safe use

The lamp is covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults. Use it as described in the included instructions. The base contains a strong magnetic field: keep it away from pacemakers, magnetic storage media and credit cards.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.
